Kein Problem ist zu klein! Unsere Sozialsprechstunde
Viele Menschen geraten in eine schwierige Lebenslage und brauchen Rat und Hilfe: Welche Formulare brauche ich für das Jobcenter? Was mache ich, wenn der Vermieter schon wieder die Miete erhöht hat? Welche finanziellen Unterstützungen stehen mir als Alleinerziehende zu? Wo finde ich Hilfe bei seelischen Krisen?
Wir tun konkret etwas gegen Missstände und Ungerechtigkeit. In Sozialsprechstunden unterstützen wir dich, ob bei der Antragsstellung oder sonstigen Anliegen. Oft hilft schon ein Gespräch, um sich Klarheit darüber zu verschaffen, was man tun kann, wo man die richtige Ansprechstelle findet oder was in einem Bescheid steht.

Info: Unser Büro befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und aufgrund einer Stufe gibt es eine kleine Lego-Rampe vor unserer Tür. Allerdings ist unsere Toilette leider nicht barrierefrei. Für Menschen mit Behinderung bieten wir nach vorheriger Absprache auch Termine bei dir zuhause oder an für dich gut erreichbaren öffentlichen Orten an.
No problem is too small! Our Social Consultation
Many people find themselves in difficult situations and need advice and help: What forms do I need for the jobcenter? What should I do if my landlord has raised the rent again? What finacial support am I entitled to as a single parent? Where can I find help in times of emotional crisis?
We take concrete action against grievances and injustice. In our social consultation we support you - whether with applications or other concerns. Often, just a conversation can help to clarify what can be done, where to find the right contact person, or what an official notice really says.

Info: Our office is located on the ground floor and, due to a step, there is a small Lego ramp in front of our door. However, unfortunately, our restroom is not wheelchair accessible. For people with disabilities, we also offer appointments at your home or at easily accessible public places, upon prior arrangement.
